Monitoring for Parents and Employers

When it comes to monitoring smartphones, you have to be very careful, they are not like usual apps that you can install and use for fun, in fact they come at a great responsibility and must not be misused in any way. Since you will be monitoring a lot of private data, you will need to address privacy concerns, and this can even make your employees become all concerned and they may even feel mistrusted. However, if you happen to be a parent then it should be much easier, but even then you will need to know what kind of app would be best for you.

Employers and Mobile Phone Monitoring

The major deterrence faced by employers is that privacy is at risk whenever such solutions are suggested. At the same time they are very important since employees tend to waste a lot of time on their cell phones and they can be a major source of information leakages and security flaws.

So then what do you do? You could go all Hitler on them and enforce it; this would of course lead to a lot of unhappy employees along with thoroughly demotivating them. Or you could try to slip in the idea along with telling them all why it’s important, making sure they understand the implications and that you are introducing an app that maintains a level of privacy.

Parents and Mobile Phone Monitoring

Parents on the other hand can go ahead and monitor their kids without them knowing it, they won’t even require an app that does the monitoring itself so that’s one thing. What they will need however is an app that is able to give them the maximum they need from their kids cell phones.

For parents the most commonly used features would include the ability to access: SMS, Geo Tracking, WhatsApp, Call Records, Contacts, Email, Photos, Videos, and Browsing history.

The Right App for Everyone

There is an App that can give you the best of both worlds; it can be used for monitoring employees as well as children. It has some really useful features and even includes the ability to automatically monitor people for suspicious activity. It is capable of running on BlackBerry devices, Android cell phones, and on iPhones too. You can find a number of subscription packages for it that go as low as $8 a month depending on the feature and the time period you subscribe it for.
